“Seasons” by Susan Torricellas is a collection of poems showing the author’s love for nature. Torricellas’ gorgeous prose matches the beauty of her poetry. Reading the poems, readers will surely sense the calm, serenity, and peace that Torricellas may have felt when she wrote the verses. Her description of the seasons and the beauty around her will inspire readers to appreciate the charm and exquisiteness of nature.
Writing the poems helped Torricellas move on from the death of her husband Bob. It has given her hope and will to continue living her life despite the pain of losing Bob. The poems – light and uplifting – also give readers a glimpse of Torrecillas’ mind, heart and soul.
“Lovely collection of poems that puts you in touch with the variety of nature’s seasons and one sensitive human’s opening in heart, mind, and spirit,” shares reader Donald St. John.
